Michelle is a seasoned executive coach who combines deep training in integral coaching methodology with her experience in the corporate world to bring empathy and understanding into her coaching relationships. She has coached executives across Asia in a wide variety of businesses ranging from the energy sector to manufacturing to BPO’s. Michelle was a senior executive with Global Sources; a NASDAQ listed business to business, e-commerce company. Her career with Global Sources saw the company through the transition from a traditional print company to Asia’s first and largest e-commerce company.She established and led teams in areas of distribution, customer service, traditional and online marketing, web and IT development. Located in seven countries, she led over 150 people.
Michelle has BA and MA in Modern Chinese History. She is a fluent Mandarin speaker and has resided in Asia for over 20 years. She is passionate about music, scuba diving and working with people.
