Brief:

A major German manufacturing company found itself in need of support in the transition of a manufacturing plant purchased by their Chinese joint venture partner. CommonThread was called in to support the dialogue required to effect a smooth transition.  The potential landmines included working across vastly different cultures, anti-trust regulations and the ways in which different people interpret contracts and agreements.  Both parties left the interaction feeling that progress had supported. CommonThread provided coaching a facilitation resources with deep knowledge of German and Chinese cultures, languages and ways of working.
