Cheong Meoh Ching has over 20 years of multi-national experience in information technology, channel distribution, marketing, product & program management, as well as workforce development.
Prior to becoming an Executive Coach and a Facilitator, she led various teams in multi-national organisations. Ching worked with organizations such as Hewlett-Packard, Network for Electronic Transfers (Singapore), Intergrafica Print & Pack, Singapore Press Holdings, Diversitec Group of Companies, and Singapore Computer Systems. Her in-depth of knowledge in IT business coupled with her expertise in people developmental skills makes her an in-demand facilitator and coach in the region. She brings versatility and depth to her workshops. Her strengths lie in having individuals stretch in developing and harnessing their leadership capability to produce tangible results in the workplace and in their personal lives.
Her approach to coaching is based on her commitment to contribute to people achieving excellence in their lives. She uses a combination of coaching models – performance, behavioural and developmental coaching – with the objective of sustainability.
